A casino gaming manager is in charge of planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all gaming operations that take place at the casino. The gaming manager is responsible for setting casino policies for the games offered at the establishment, calculating accurate odds for each game, establishing levels of credit for players, and overseeing the serving of foods and beverages. These managers often drift about the game floor making sure he or she is available to answer any questions from employees or players, address any complaints or problems from customers, verify dealers are following casino rules, and ensure players are not cheating.
