Education Administrator
Education Administrators are in charge of organizing and managing the school administration, its support systems and the activities. This role is crucial in ensuring that the school runs effectively as an education institution.
Administrators are involved with admissions, registrations and quality assurance. He or she may also be involved with financial roles or even human resources. An Education Administrator’s job may depend on which department he or she handles or gets assigned to.
For a general idea of the activities of an administrator, it usually includes being involved in committees, membership in boards of the academe, recruitment of students, public relations and marketing of the school. Management and monitoring of students from the time they are accepted to graduation, may also be a role played by the administrator.
Administrative support to the academic team, including faculty and staff could also be a task an administrator has to provide. Course evaluations and ensuring that the quality of education the school provides is still within standards is likewise a task of the Education Administrator.
For those under the finance department, the administrator may do auditing, management of resources, monitoring and ensuring that resources are properly allocated.
Education
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business management or equivalent may be required for Education Administrators under a department related to finance. Psychology or human resource degree is required for those that are applying for a position in the Human Resource Department.

Salary of Education Administrators start at around $20,000 and goes higher from there, dependant on specific positions and responsibilities.
