HR Coordinator

A Human Resource Coordinator is supervised by the Human Resource Director. He is given tasks that involve various specialized tasks in public resource administrator in the Human Resource department.

As a Human Resource Coordinator, he will have to handle the recruitment, interview and selection procedures in hiring new employees. It is his duty to make sure that the company will only hire those who are highly qualified. He will work on investigating documents to resolve issues and complaints submitted by personnel through checking existing records in the company.

The preparation and revision of job descriptions in the work area is also a responsibility of an HR coordinator. He must be able to determine proper classification of positions and give proper work designation to every employee.

Job Requirements
