The Dental Administrator is in charge of keeping records of patients’ medical and dental histories, updates records, and settles billing information of patients. He or she is in charge of the departments or the clinic’s papers and documents. Generally, a Dental Administrator handles the personal relations section of a dental clinic or firm.

When scheduling appointments, the Dental Administrator is responsible in gathering necessary information about the patient and relaying necessary undertakings before the patient makes a visit to the Dentist. More over, the Dental Administrator is in charge of the previous bills or present bills which the patient has to settle. He or she updates patients on a regular basis regarding necessary medications as instructed by the Dentist. They also are responsible in making reports for patients’ medical histories and updates the resident Dentist if needed.
