College Crunch

The right school is simply the one that has the course you want, at the price you want, with a name that you trust.

Don’t second guess yourself. If you want to take a course at a school that is far away because it is less expensive, and has a name that you trust, then find a way to get to that school.

I moved far from my family and friends in order to have the best education possible without racking up too much debt. With online degree programs not requiring you to live in the same area as the school, it becomes even easier to be location independent with your education choices.

If location is not an issue, it comes down to brand and money. The prices for courses are becoming increasingly competitive online, allowing you to get the same degree for the same price, independent of the different locations or brand names of the schools involved.

If location and price aren’t an issue, then you are left with branding, and I won’t tell you which brand I think is the best, as it is purely subjective, and while one school might be well known for one course, they might not be so highly regarded for other courses, and your own experiences as well as those of your peers are subject to how much you enjoy your teachers, the choices that are made with regard to the specific curriculum and how easy or hard you find the course.

So it can be very hard to find any school that is held in high regard by everyone, and so you have to do your own research and due diligence on selecting the perfect school for your needs.
