Physical fitness can help not only keep your body in shape, but help your mind as well, and there is no better way to get your required exercise than to tackle a sport that you enjoy. Many educational institutions currently field sports teams in a myriad of sports ranging from the traditional ones like football, to the more exotic like table tennis.

Every school is different with regards to what they focus on, and some sports teams are entirely student managed, meaning that it is the will of the students to start a team, and be organized.

If you enjoy swimming, tennis, archery, paint ball, football, soccer, basketball or some other sport, check to see if your school fields a team, and if not, see if the Student Association has had any other interested parties in forming one.
