Clinical Psychology Master’s Degree
The Master’s degree in clinical psychology prepares students for working with clients in counseling sessions. They learn how to assess a client’s mental condition and help them deal with a number of personal issues effectively. The program is meant to prepare them for entry into a Ph.D program, which is required if a student wants to work as a licensed psychologist.

Career Options
After graduation a clinical psychology student is qualified to work as a counselor in a group counseling practice. They may choose to work with children, adolescents, individual adults or couples.
