Art Center College of Design

The Art Center College of Design, known simply as “Art Center”, is a private college that has received reviews for being one of the leading art and design colleges in the world. Located in Pasadena, California, the college has two campuses: the Hillside campus, location of the college’s undergraduate programs; and the South campus located in Downtown Pasadena, location of the college’s Art Center’s Graduate Art and Media Design programs and its Public Programs.

The college is home to about 1,500 undergraduate students, 100 grad students, and more than 1,500 students enrolled in public programs, making the college’s total number of students a little over 3,000. Student to faculty ratio at the “Art Center” is 12 to 1 for undergraduate programs.

Art Center offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs in 14 disciplines. All these programs are full-time programs. Those that cannot study full-time can opt for the college’s Night/Continuing Studies programs where they can take single, non-degree College-level classes. High school students can also enroll at the college and take classes in the Saturday High program.

The admissions process at the Art Center College of Design is competitive. Requirements for admissions are as follows:
