Trinity College

Trinity College is a private Christian institution located in New Port Richey, Florida. It was originally established in 1932 in Temple Terrace under the name of Florida Bible Institute. The name was changed in 1947. It is a four-year institution currently located on a 40-acre campus. It is home to some 208 students at a low student to faculty ratio of 15:1.

Trinity College offers associate’s degrees, bachelor’s degrees and various certifications, the majority of them centered on religiously oriented areas of study. There is a Christian Ministries Major that creates the possibility of three different concentrations (emphases): one in pastoral ministries, one in worship ministries and one in youth ministries. Baccalaureate degrees can also be obtained in four additional majors: counseling, elementary education, missions and general studies. A single associate’s degree is available in biblical studies, and there are two separate certificates provided by the institution: one in biblical studies and the other in apologetics & Christian evidence.

Trinity College is accredited by the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE). ABHE, formerly known as the Accrediting Association of Bible Colleges, is a religiously oriented faith-based national accreditation agency that encompasses approximately 200 institutions across North America, at which over 35,000 students are enrolled.
