Lake Forest College
Lake Forest College is a liberal arts college located in Lake Forest, Illinois. Founded in 1857, the college offers its students a core curriculum of comprehensive arts and sciences courses that the students need to complete prior to entering the professional phase of their education when they choose their chosen field of specialization. The intensive program of general subjects help develop the students into well-rounded individuals ready to take on the challenges of their specialization.
Academically, Lake Forest offers its students undergraduate majors in over 40 areas of study. It also grants pre-professional programs in law, medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, optometry, pharmacology, publishing, and engineering.
