University of Saint Mary

When it was founded in 1923 in Leavenworth, KS, the University of Saint Mary was only a small boarding academy for women. Today, apart from the original location, it has three additional campuses (in Overland Park, Shawnee and Kansas City, all in KS). The University has been consistently listed as one of the Best Midwestern Colleges by the Princeton Review, and is called a “Best Value College” (also by the Princeton Review) because of its affordability and substantial financial aid packages.
