Baltimore International College
Established in 1972 as a private, non-profit college specializing in Degree Programs in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management, the Baltimore International College’s main campus can be found at Baltimore, Maryland, while its international campus is located at Virginia, Ireland. Theory and academics merge with hands-on experience as the industry’s most notable chefs and professors take on the task of educating those who see their future with the food and hospitality industry.
Baltimore International College is an independent four-year college that offers specialized master’s, bachelor’s and associate degrees as well as certificate programs through their three schools namely the School of Culinary Arts, the School of Graduate Studies and the School of Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Management. Student enrollment is about 520 full-time while the full-time faculty is 25.
