Endicott College

Dr. Eleanor Tupper and Dr. George Bierkoe established Endicott College in 1939 primarily to educate women to facilitate independence and greater opportunities in the workplace. It was approved to grant Associate in Arts and Associate in Science degrees in 1944 and gained accreditation in 1952 from the New England Association of Schools and Colleges. It is located at 376 Hale Street, Beverley, Massachusetts.

Degree programs are offered by the School of Arts and Sciences, School of Business, School of Communication, School of Education, School of Hospitality Management, School of Nursing, School of Sport Science and Fitness Studies, and School of Visual and Performing Arts. Other programs are offered through the Graduate School and Online Education. Undergraduate programs cost about $ 37,212.00 annually including tuition, standard room and board and fees. Graduate programs cost from $ 330.00 to $ 495.00 per credit hour while Accelerated Programs cost $ 258.00 per credit hour.

Full-time faculty and academic staff totals 119 while an additional 90 faculty members provide their services on a part-time basis. Student/faculty ratio is 16:1 and the average class size is 19. The student body is comprised of about 1,979 full-time and 18 part-time students.

Endicott College also offers graduate programs in Bermuda; Madrid, Spain; and Mexico City, Mexico. Operating as a branch campus of the college, the College for International Studies offers Endicott Programs in Spain. These programs include The M.Ed. in International Education, the MBA for Working Professionals and the Master of Education in International Education Administration. Endicott College established its Mexico Campus in 1996 to offer traditional undergraduate programs with the option to continue their studies at the Beverley Campus. The Mexico Campus also offers programs for Accelerated Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Psychology as well as the Master’s degrees in International Education and Business Administration.
