Miller College

The Robert B. Miller College or simply Miller College was established by the Miller Foundation in 2005. In cooperation with the Guido and Elizabeth Binda Foundation, Miller College provided the first ever local college in the Battle Creek Area which directly responded to the needs of its residents. The college is found at 450 North Avenue, Battle Creek, Michigan.

Operating as a private, independent and non-profit institution, Miller College is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and is authorized by the State of Michigan to confer the degrees of Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Fine Arts. Through the college’s School of Business, Binda School of Education, School of Nursing and School of Arts and Sciences, various programs are offered to the student body.

Miller College has also partnered with Kellogg Community College (KCC) to allow students to earn an associate’s degree from KCC and continue to a bachelor’s degree in Miller College. This Joint Program Plan does not require transfer credits between the two institutions thus eliminating any possibility of taking courses that are needed in the completion of a chosen degree. For a tuition cost of less than $ 25,000.00, students can earn both the associate and bachelor’s degree from each respective institution.

Tuition for all Miller College courses cost $ 295.00 per semester hour, payments of which can be made by cash, check, credit card, money order, financial aid award or authorized third party billing. No general fees are charged while monthly payment plans are made available to reduce the need for borrowing. Qualified students can also avail of financial aid which is available in a variety of forms.

For full-time enrollment of 12 hours per semester, total cost of attendance for an academic year is approximately $ 19,043.00. This amount would include tuition, books/supplies, transportation, living cost and miscellaneous expenses. Additional components may apply depending on individual circumstances of students.
