Daniel Webster College
Daniel Webster College is an independent college in Nashua, New Hampshire. Founded in 1965, the school is committed to preparing students in pursuing aviation, business, and engineering and information technology careers. It is a leader in producing graduates in science, engineering, technology and math-related disciplines, particularly in response to the decline of graduates in this field. The school is well-known for experiential learning methods and high level of interaction among teachers and students.
It has total enrollment of almost 1,000 with a 12:1 teacher student ratio. The college has five Residence halls, thirteen academic buildings and 6,100 square feet of laboratory space. Other campus facilities include The Nicholas N. Tamposi Aviation center, Eaton Richmonde center, and The College center, The Common Thread, Daniel Webster Hall and Vagge Gymnasium.
The school offers varied education opportunities. These are available in Continuing Education, Distance Education, Bachelor degree completion, MBA, Certificate Programs and Corporate Services. The Bachelor degree programs consist of School of Aviation services, School of Business, Management and Professional Studies, School of Engineering and Computer Science, School of Arts and Sciences, Interdisciplinary majors and Adult Undergraduate Degree Completion Programs. Associate degree programs include Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Operations, Business Management, Information Systems, Engineering Science and General Studies. Annual tuition and fees expense costs about $36,402, inclusive of room and board. Financial aid, scholarship grants and academic awards are available upon inquiries. Distance education includes certificate programs designed for busy learners and/or engaged in the military.
