Berkeley College is a co-educational institution specializing in business. It has seven locations in New Jersey and New York plus an online campus that serves a total enrollment of over 7,000 students. Its campuses consist of the Bergen Campus in Paramus, NJ; the Garret Mountain Campus in Woodland Park, NJ; the Middlesex Campus in Woodbridge, NJ; the Newark Campus in the central business district of Newark, NJ; the NYC Midtown Campus in New York, NY; the Lower Manhattan Extension Center also in New York, NY; the Westchester Campus in White Plains, NY; and the Berkeley College Online that provides online learning worldwide.
The degrees offered by Berkeley include Associate in Applied Science, Associate in Science, Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science. It has several programs of study although some are not offered in all locations. Its New Jersey locations provide the ultimate in suburban and country settings while the best of urban setting is given by its New York locations. This makes possible a wide range of choices for students in terms of diversity, flexibility and convenience.
Full-time students having 12 to 16 credits are charged $ 6,350.00 per quarter and $ 350.00 per credit hour in excess of 16. Miscellaneous costs include the cost of textbooks and supplies, living expenses and personal expenses. Classes in Berkeley are kept small to facilitate more personal attention of faculty members to their students. Its School of Continuing Education provides guidance and support to adult and non-traditional students who wish to pursue Bachelor’s, Associate’s and Certificate Programs.
