Felician College

Felician College is a private, Roman Catholic co-educational liberal arts institution founded by the Felician Sisters in 1942. Just a few miles away from New York City, the college stands in a peaceful, suburban area with tree-lined streets and within comfortable walking distance to shops, restaurants and movie theaters. It has two campuses located in Bergen County, New Jersey – one in the town of Lodi and the other in Rutherford. Both campuses are self-sufficient and have their own administrative offices, cafeteria, classrooms and study lounges.

As a learning institution, the college’s mission is to provide its students with a comprehensive academic education that will not only allow them to develop to their full potential but will also equip them to deal with the challenges of the 21st century with the confidence and the wisdom of an enlightened mind and an understanding heart.

Felician College offers degree programs for undergraduate and graduate students through its four academic divisions; namely, Arts and Sciences, Business & Management Sciences, Nursing and Health Management, and Teacher Education. It also has an Online Program whereby students can enroll in courses leading to a degree in Master’s of Arts in Religious Education, Post Master’s Certificate in Religious Education, Graduate Certificate in Religious Education, and Master of Science in Nursing.

Cost of admission to Felician College for academic year 2009-2010 is US$34,926 for resident students and US$25,225 for commuter students. For part-time undergraduate students, tuition cost is US$780 per credit and for graduate students, US$790 per credit. Financial assistance is extended to help students pay for their tuition and fees cost. Aid packages come in the form of loans, grants and scholarships for qualified students.
