Kean University
Kean University is a large, public liberal arts learning institution located in Union Township, Union County, New Jersey. The university is well-known for its education program and for producing a large number of teachers for the state of New Jersey. Its physical therapy program has also attracted students from various parts of the country.
Founded in 1855, the university offers students 50 undergraduate majors through its distinguished colleges; namely, College of Humanities and Social Sciences, College of Business and Public Administration, College of Education, College of Natural, Applied and Health Sciences, and School of Visual and Performing Arts. Cost of tuition and fees at Kean University for in-state undergraduate students is US$4,722.75 per semester for fulltime students and US$315 per credit for part-time. Fulltime graduate students, on the other hand, pay per semester tuition and fees of US$6,541.20 for in-state students and US$8,401.20 for out-of-state. Part-time graduate students are charged per credit tuition and fees of US$545.10 for in-state and US$700.10 for out-of-state.
