A private college located in Albany, the New York state capital, Excelsior College offers a full range of associates, bachelors and masters degrees focused on studies in Health Science, Arts & Sciences, Business and Technology. Recognized by the New York Board of Regents, the College has accreditation by the Commission of Higher Education, as well as specialized accreditations from the National League for Nursing and the Board for Engineering and Technology.
Founded in 1971, the College enrolls over 30,000 students as well as providing an extensive online learning program. The School of Nursing offers ASN, BSN AND MSN degrees, as well as a BS in Health Sciences and certificate programs for health care professionals. The well known school of Business and Technology offers a complete array of degree programs including associates in management, computer science and a military focused degree, as well as a complete set of bachelors of science ranging from information technology to management, human resources, finance, accounting and operations.
