Fishkill Executive Center at Marist College
In an effort to make its particular brand of education available to more students, Marist College opened a full-scale extension center – the Fishkill Executive Center. It is a place where adult students can avail of challenging academic programs in the undergraduate, graduate and professional levels. The center has also made available a full range of student services similar to that provided in the main campus in Poughkeepsie.
Targeting students living or working in Southern Dutchess, Orange and Westchester Counties, Putnam as well as nearby Connecticut, the center provides ample parking spaces for attending evening or Saturday classes. The varied programs offered lead to completion of bachelor’s degrees, graduate degrees and non-credit and credit certifications.
The Marist College-Fishkill Executive Center is located at 400 Westage Business Center, Suite 105, Fishkill, New York. Its facilities consist of 4 classrooms with multimedia capabilities, 2 computer labs, student computer workstations, a conference room, a lounge area with ports for laptop use plus a vending area. Student services offered at the Fishkill Executive Center includes one-one-one advising and registration, textbook purchase, computer use, access to online resources; help desk, online access to the Academic Learning Center, Career Development Center and financial aid. Open houses and information sessions are scheduled from time to time to provide an overview of more than 30 degree programs offered at the center as well as in the main campus. Annual educational cost amounts to $ 39,180.00 inclusive of tuition and fees, room and board, and books and supplies. Since billing is done by semester, only half of the estimated financial aid, loans or budgeted payment plans are applied to semester charges.
