Molloy College

Molloy College is an institution of higher learning that has been offering undergraduate and graduate programs for over 50 years. A vibrant campus life is likewise offered through its more than 40 accredited clubs and organizations as well as its athletic program. It is located at 1000 Hempstead Avenue, Rockville Centre, New York.
The college opened its academic doors to its first batch of students in 1955. Its various programs include a wide range of academic areas such as Business, Education, Criminal Justice, the Allied Health Sciences, Computer Information Systems, Psychology, Theology and Philosophy, History and Political Science, Mathematics and Basic Therapy. It also has the fourth largest Nursing Program in the US.

To assist students in the attainment of their educational goals, various academic support services are offered by Molloy College. These services include Academic Enrichment Program (AcE), Success Through Expanded Education Program (STEEP), TRIO Program, and the Writing Center. Graduate assistantship positions are also offered to interested students which facilitates the receipt of 3 graduate credits for the semester as well as a fixed stipend. The James E. Tobin Library fully supports the college’s curriculum through its extensive collection of journals and periodicals while assisting the students to borrow materials from other sources when not available in Molloy College.

Undergraduate tuition per semester costs about $ 9,985.00 for 12 to 16 credits. Students taking less than 12 credits pay $ 660.00 per credit hour. Additional units over 16 also cost $ 660.00 per credit hour. Other fees that apply include the general fee, registration fee, health and accident insurance, student activities fee and technology fee. Graduate tuition costs $ 765.00 per credit. Graduate students are also charged the general fee, registration fee, application fee and technology fee.
Off-campus programs are available in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens. These sites primarily offer graduate degrees, continuing education classes and non-credit courses. Several college centers located in the main campus presents additional opportunities for learning such as the Siena Center which is dedicated to women’s studies.
