Jamestown College

Jamestown College is a private, liberal arts college founded in 1883 by the Presbyterian settlers. It particularly boasts of having the advantage of a large university in terms of quality and variety of programs which it provides in a small college setting. The college offers more than 40 areas of study leading to degrees in Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Costs for an academic year at Jamestown College include $ 15,586.00 for tuition, $ 2,196.00 for room, $ 2,960.00 for board and $ 420.00 for fees. Residence halls are equipped with TV lounges, study lounges, kitchens, vending machines, pianos and coin-operated laundry facilities while individual rooms have been provided with telephones, wiring for cable and Internet connection. Housing options include the Kroeze Hall, the Nierling Hall, the Prentice Hall, the Seibold Hall, the Watson Hall and the Wilson Hall.

Almost 100% of students receive some form of financial aid either due to individual need or academic merit, special talents or exceptional leadership abilities.
