Free Will Baptist Bible College

Free Will Baptist Bible College or FWBBC was founded in 1942 by the National Association of Free Will Baptists.

Located in a quiet 9-acre campus in Nashville, Tennessee, FWBBC is the four-year Bible College of the 300,000 strong Free Will Baptist congregation.

The mission of FWBBC is to prepare young men and women to be of service to Jesus Christ, His Church and His world through the teachings of the Bible. The Bible College achieves its goals by offering its students a Bachelor’s Degree in over 40 majors, the most popular of which are Biblical Studies, Teacher Education, Music, Business, Missions, and Pastoral Ministries. The FWBBC is divided into six broad areas of study that make up each of the departments within the college. These departments include the Department of Biblical and Ministry Studies, the Department of Business, the Department of English and Speech, the Department of General Education, the Department of Music, and the Department of Teacher Education.

There are currently around 320 students enrolled at FWBBC coming from various states and three countries outside of the U.S. The cost of admission at the college for academic year 2009-2010 is US$6,767 per semester for students taking 15 hours or more. Students who want to live on campus need to pay an additional fee of US$2,850 per semester for room and board. Apart from academics, the college also offers a lot of venues for student interaction like student societies, Global Missions Fellowship, musical groups and many more. As a form of assistance to its students who may find the cost of admission too steep, the college is offering financial aid in the form of loans or grants.
