Dallas Baptist University, founded in 1898, is a Christian university located in Dallas, Texas. The university is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, while specific departments such as Business and Music are additionally accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs and National Association of Schools of Music. The university strongly focuses on academic and spiritual aspects with comprehensive organizational options in social, religious, and service areas.

Dallas Baptist University offers over 50 undergraduate and 20 graduate programs, as well as some doctoral, honor, online, adult, accelerated, dual-degree, pre-professional, special, weekend, and certificate programs to support every learner’s needs. Also available are online courses for Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and dual degrees.

Students planning to enroll in the 2010 academic year will have to pay around $583 to $633 per credit hour. There are also fees for dropped courses to encourage students to be responsible in their choices. Housing facilities are available in residence halls, town homes, and apartments. Residence hall costs around $818 to $1118, while staying in town homes costs around $380 per student/month. Apartment costs around $300 to 380 per student/month.
