MoreBefore you attend class, you might want to test out all of your student related accounts. There were no less than half a dozen accounts that I needed for a variety of different functions. The worst part is that two of them needed to be activated by me, and without knowing that, I attended my first class without having access to the school’s computer network.
Also, check to see if passwords are universal, as creating a password for one account, might change it on all of your accounts, or creating an account on one system, might propagate to all the needed systems.
Many schools now use custom online services to register for classes, check your grades, converse with you teacher and fellow students, access the school’s network of files, and more. Don’t start school without making sure you are registered for everything you will need to make your College career as efficient and trouble free as possible.
