ACT Preparation
The ACT is a standardized exam meant to indicate college readiness and used for admission into some colleges and universities, mostly in the Midwest of the United States. The ACT test is less pervasive than the SAT and many students will only take the ACT either if they’ve done poorly on the SAT or if they intend to go to a school that requires it.
The ACT exam is broken into 4 required sections: English, Math, Reading, Science and an optional Essay Writing section that is required by some schools.
The ACT is given at specific locations in most states in the months of September, October, December, February, April and June.
